BOSTON Wedding
Photography & VIDEOGRAPHY
Sara and James had a beautiful wedding this fall at Fulchino Vineyard in Hollis, NH, surrounded by friends and family! Sara and James were a joy to work with from the beginning and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know them. They were extremely friendly, gracious and enthusiastic throughout the whole planning process I had the great privilege of capturing not only Sara and James’s wedding but also their engagement session a few months earlier! You can read about their engagement session here: Sara and James’s Engagement Session
A few weeks before their wedding, I reached out to them to have our wedding timeline walkthrough call, and we had a lovely time working together to hammer out the details of their scheduled day, making small tweaks to their timeline and planning out when to sneak away for some special photo requests of theirs! They had booked us for cinematography as well as photography, so I worked with them to figure out their preferences for shooting and editing their wedding films too.
The wedding day itself was a joyous day of fun, love and laughter as their loved ones celebrated their union! It was a nice cloudy day — perfect for wedding portraits without direct sun in the bride and groom’s eyes and faces. We started the day at their hotel rooms to capture prep photos as Sara and James dressed and got ready for their big day separately, ready and anxious to meet each other at the vineyard nearby for their first look at each other in full wedding attire! The ceremony was a sweet and beautiful occasion, with Sara and James reading each other personalized vows they had written. The love they have for each other shines through in every photo from the day!
Fulchino Vineyard was a magnificent venue and provided countless opportunities for beautiful photographs, and we had a terrific time capturing the day together! We ventured down the rows of grapevines and to the gazebo for formal portraits, made use of the vintage and weather-worn door for the first look, and partied all night on the outdoor patio during the reception. Sara and James did a terrific job with choosing decorations for the venue, and it all came together so nicely. They also had a few fun surprises planned for their reception, including food trucks for dinner in lieu of a traditional dinner, and a lovely sparkler send-off to end the night! It was such a privilege to be there to witness their marriage. It is clear how much they love each other and I can’t wait to hear about how they grow together in the coming years!
